我家附近的一个公园，我每周末早上都会去晨练，跑步全程几乎都可以看见中心湖。公园专门塑胶铺了 一条约2米宽的跑道，除此之外还有很多的健身器材。 这里公园植被覆盖率高，环境优美，空气清新，富 含负氧离子。设备齐全，是我锻炼身体的绝佳场所，我很喜欢。
I‘d like to share with you a park near my home. It is my outdoor fitness center. I do morningexercises there every weekend. The park boasts (有着) a high vegetation coverage rate (植被覆盖率) and the lake in the middle does provide an agreeable environment. There is a two-meter wide,ten- kilometer long lane specially paved with plastic. It’s for jogging only. There is a stone showingthe distance for exercisers every 500 meters. It is so considerate and exercisers can avoidexcessive (过度) muscle movement (肌肉运动) thanks to the reminder. And with tall and evergreentrees around, I can always breathe in as much as I want of the fresh air, rich in negative oxygen ion(负氧离子). Besides, as I mentioned, the central lake can always be my eye candy as it can beobserved in every corner of the park. So, you see, my experience there is “comprehensive” (全面的)- beautiful scene for my eyes, quality air for my nose, bird’s twittering for my ears and aerobicexercise (有氧运动) for my body. I can’t enjoy it more here. Oh, I almost forget to mention thecommunal exercise equipment (公共健身器材) there. I would not exaggerate, but the equipmentthere is no worse than that of a high-budget (费用高的) gym. I am quite a sports person and thepark offers me almost everything I need for exercise. I have already made it part of my life. Shehelps me with my health and I protect her from pollution as much as I can. We’ve formed abilateral partnership (双边伙伴关系)!
