What we are discussing is the topic about whether the government should pay for health care and education for its citizens. Arguments are varied thanks to the apparent differences that exist in values.
As the basic necessity in a city, health care and education have gradually become the symbol of development and modernization, which means that it is worth putting enough money in its construction, and this is one of the government's responsibilities; additionally, in terms of importance, medical treatment can ensure the safety of people's lives, so that people can live and work in peace and contentment without being disturbed by diseases. As the foundation of a country, education can provide talents for national construction. Because education itself can react to economic development, which can also ensure the country to develop rapidly.

However, public health and education invested by the government do not work as healthily as we might have expected and they should be invested by other means. For one thing, in order to cover the cost on construction, operation and maintenance, the fiscal revenue should bear lots of pressure; as a result, there may be the unbalanced allocation of government's funds, and it could impact the development of other essential fields like technology. Many organizations and companies, for example, could invest in the health care and education. With the understanding from various researches and professional instructions, the local government can find a way to balance the investment in different areas, such as technology and military, not just in health care and education.

In my opinion, I firmly believe that public health and education invested by the government is a good idea, but it is not always good in practice. In order to better maintain the normal operation of the government, the health care and education should be invested by various means.
