描述角度：在描述其为什么是一个受欢迎的地点，也可以考虑从租赁价格，场地大小，设施先进度，交通方便等多个方面去解释。
审题注意：关键词popular和sports place, 以及时态have been to。

Okay so regarding this topic, the first place coming to my mind was Helong Stadium, the biggest local stadium in the heart of my city. It's a place where people in all age groups spend their leisure time doing sports and also where professional athletes compete against each other. It's downtown which means public transport is easily accessible.I've been there many times actually, and I would normally take the subway there. I do drive but parking can be a pain in the neck, so I think the subway or the bus is a better choice. The last time I went there was a couple of months ago. I took my family there to swim cuz there's this huge indoor swimming pool, which's really family-friendly. We practiced our swimming skills and had some fun together. It was during the summer so this was a great way to cool off as well.It seems to me that Helong stadium is well-liked because of its state-of-the-art sports equipment and facilities. There're quite a few indoor courts where local people can play tennis, badminton, or pingpong, all of which are very popular ball games in my city. As well as that, it's not that expensive, much cheaper than getting a membership at a gym. Another important factor is that this stadium is like the only venue for important sporting events. For instance, i remember an international soccer match was hosted there a few years ago and it attracted tons of spectators.
