The table shows the international tourist arrivals to eight different countries in 2009 and 2010.
这次小作文考查的是双时间动态图（表图），总共包含了八个国家，变化趋势包含上升下降和持平，和之前的动态图的主体段写作逻辑思路一样，可以按照变化趋势进行分段。整体看来难度并不是很大。
大作文：讨论双方观点
As housing is a basic need for people,the government should provide free housing for everyone who cannot afford it.To what extent do you agree or disagree?
本次大作文考查的是政府类同意与否话题。表面看这个举措会带来一些benefits，但仔细一想这样的做法将可能会带来不少的问题且实现起来也会遇到很多现实的阻碍。文章结构还是可以采取之前的先驳后立的方法，整体难度适中。
Paragraph 1–Introduction–话题引入+个人观点陈述
It is true that the rising price for housing has made purchasing a proper place to live increasingly challenging,especially for those who are less privileged+while some argue that authorities should establish free public housing for low-income families,I still hold the opinion that the advantages of this practice can be easily overshadowed by the disadvantages.
Paragraph 2–Body 1–Advantage for offering free housing to those who find it unaffordable
Argument 1:有自己的住所不仅仅能够provide shelter,还能够对people’s physical and mental well-being产生积极的影响
Supporting Evidence:(Example)for children who are in a poor housing condition,比如非常狭小拥挤的空间，孩子们的general health outcomes会受到消极的影响，比如they are more likely to develop respiratory conditions或者是anxiety。而同样的，这样的问题对于ageing population and people with functional impairments也同样存在。如果政府能够给这些群体提供a dwelling place,那他们的生活质量将会显著提高。
Argument 2:这样的做法能够help alleviate poverty in the country
Supporting Evidence:如果政府能够为这部分经济上有困难的提供住房，那么他们就能凭借自己的能力去accumulate more financial resource,能接触到更好的educational and professional resources,改变他们的生活，同时crime rate应该也能有一定程度的降低
Paragraph 3–Body 2–Disadvantages for this practice
Argument 1:政府可能会be under overwhelming fiscal pressure
Supporting Evidence:政府的financial resource如果要用来granting fundamental accommodation for every resident,那么很有可能对国家经济造成很大的负担，可能会导致over-exploitation of state initiatives,进而对经济发展产生不良的影响。
Argument 2:可能有的人会利用这个system的漏洞获取housing或者是变得懒惰
Supporting Evidence:(Example)虽然有很多人可能都很需要政府的帮助，但是有一些people who are able to earn enough from their jobs exploit this system and play tricks让自己满足得到support的条件。或者是部分本来有能力自己挣钱买房的人变得懒惰，relying on government subsidy rather than making efforts themselves.
Paragraph 4–Conclusion–重申个人观点
Therefore,I reiterate my earlier statement that there could be some unfavorable influences that can hardly be offset by the desirable ones.
