Some people like to work in positions where they have independence and they can decide how to do things,while others prefer to work in positions where they are told exactly how to do something.
Which do you prefer,and why?
首先）这也是个简单的优劣题
其次）工作场景的题目，常用的万能理由就是，有利于提升工作效率（boost learning and working efficiency）、有利于长期职业规划（long-term career development）、有利于职业升迁（beneficial for career advancement）、涨工资（raising salary）、开心快乐（to be much happier)、团队建设和谐同事关系等(team-building activites benefit harmonious relationshps among colleagues）。
最后）
第一）如果你是说：have independence and decide how to do things，那么优点是
1）增强自己的工作参与度，更有一种责任感和主人感（engaging in working decisions can cultivate me a sense of responsibilities and owership in the company.
2)自己掌控工作的进度，做的更开心快乐，从而提升工作效率和生产力（following my own pace of work proceeding makes me much happier,promoting work effeciency and productivity）
第二）如果你想回答另外一个观点，be told exactly how to do things.那么优点是：
1）不会犯错误，安全,即便出错，也不会担责任(not likely to commit serious mistakes and feel much safer)
2)省去很多麻烦，简单易操作（By doing exactly what i have been told can not only save me lots of troubles but also make the tasks seem to be more tractable.
