Feminism
HAPPY WOMEN'S DAY
[ˈfemənɪzm]
Feminism is the belief and aim that women should have the same rights, power, and opportunities as men.
There are four syllables in this word:
fe-mi-ni-sm.
Feminism is a range of movements and ideologies that share a common goal: to define, establish, and achieve equal political, economic, cultural, personal, and social rights for women.
女性选举权(women's suffrage, woman suffrage or woman's right to vote),女性担任公职的权利(the right to hold public office),女性工作和获得公平报酬的权利(the right to work, to earn fair wages or equal pay),女性财产拥有权(the right to own property),女性生育权利(reproductive rights for women)。
其中女性生育权里面包括可以获得避孕和流产(including access to contraceptives and abortion)。
另外女性主义运动还致力保护妇女和女孩免受强奸,性骚扰和家庭暴力(protect women and girls from rape, sexual harassment, and domestic violence)。
HAPPY WOMEN'S DAY
Describe an important festival in your country
You should say:
· When it is
· Who you celebrate with
· What People do during this festival
And explain why this festival is important
Describe a festival that is important in your country
You should say:
· When the festival occurs
· What you do during it
· What you like or dislike about it
And explain why this festival is important to you
提高对女性的尊重(Respect all the women);
给她们更多的女性权益 (Women’s rights);
(Women hold up half the sky),这句好话真不是盖的。
Discribe a famous people/Describe a well-known people/ Discribe a famous people whom you dream to meet / Discribe a famous people in your country……

I leave you with this: We are led by our gut instincts, our intuition, our desires and fears, our scars and our dreams. And you will screw it up sometimes. So will I. And when I do, you will most likely read about on the internet. Anyway…hard things will happen to us. We will recover. We will learn from it. We will grow more resilient because of it.
