3月22日托福考试回顾，本场托福考试没有下午场，ETS还是上了点强度的，让我们看到了久违的托福综合写作新题，也有学术写作新题。最重要的是口语也没有重复太近的场次。
1、Writing

综合写作
主题：撒哈拉大沙漠上发现的陨石是否来自水星(whether a meteorite found in Saharan desert was from the planet Mercury)
阅读部分：
1. The color of the meteorite was unusually light, which indicated it came from a rocky planet with a hot interior core, and Mercury is the most likely candidate. 看颜色
2. The Saharan meteorite shows the lowest level of magnetism, which perfectly matches the level of magnetism on Mercury’s magnetic field. 看磁性
3. Based on computer simulation, a meteorite can make the journey from Mercury to Earth if a collision with a space object occurs and the speed is fast enough. 看速度
听力部分：
1. Apart from Mercury, there exist other options. For example, during early formation of solar system, some objects called proto planets also had a crust and a core like Mercury. 水星并非唯一选择。

To solve these issues, we could implement guidelines to ensure that students will explore a diverse range of cultural and art events, so that the government funds will be spent wisely and effectively.

I agree with Paul’s view that band live shows offer a rich cultural and artistic experience. Firstly, live music is a vivid expression of contemporary culture, allowing young adults to engage with the creativity and emotions inherent in the performance. Secondly, these events often show a variety of artistic elements, including stage design, lighting, and the interaction between performers and audience, which can broaden young adults' mind on what actually makes art. I would prefer to solve our misunderstanding in a private place rather than in public. First, a private setting, such as our home, provides a quiet environment suitable for solving conflicts in friendships. I can express my feelings freely with the other one giving full attention. However, if we are in a restaurant, for example, our communication is likely to be constantly interrupted. Second, talking in private helps maintain privacy and respect. Misunderstandings can sometimes involve sensitive topics, and addressing them in public, like a restaurant, might make my friend uncomfortable or embarrassed as our conversation may be overheard by others. This will prevent us from being totally honest, and so is definitely negative in resolving misunderstanding.
