首先，让小编给大家普及一下什么是MBTI！

MBTI是Myers–Briggs Type Indicator四个单词的首字母缩写，MBTI的中文就是翻译：迈尔斯-布里格斯类型指标。是由美国作家伊莎贝尔·布里格斯·迈尔斯和她的母亲凯瑟琳·库克·布里格斯共同制定的一种人格类型理论模型。

小编最早接触到这个测试是在一场关于了解自我性格的培训之中，作为一种了解自我性格的测评工具，这个小测试可以用来衡量和描述人们在获取信息、作出决策、对待生活等方面的心理活动规律和不同的人格类型表现。

这个测试将性格类型分为四个维度，从倾向你的类型选取1个，也就产生了16种组合。

而这四个维度分别是：

意力方向（精力来源）

外向E（Extrovert）-- 内向I（Introvert）

认知方式（如何搜集信息）

实感S（Sensing）-- 直觉N（Intuition）

判断方式（如何做决定）

理智T（Thinking）-- 情感F（Feeling）

生活方式（如何应对外部世界）

判断J （Judgement）-- 理解P（Perceiving）
