英语中很多单词生活中可以换着用没有问题，但是含义上有些细微差别

1. expect and anticipate can both mean you believe something will happen.

两个单词都可以表示‘你认为某事会发生；预料’

I expect the concert will finish at nine.

I anticipate the concert will finish at nine.

都表示‘我想音乐会会在九点结束’

2. anticipate not only means you believe something will happen, but you also take steps to prepare it happening

anticipate不仅表示你相信某事会发生，你还会为此做些准备

As I anticipate rain tommorow, so I will take my umbrella with me.

我预料明天会下雨，所以我会带上雨伞
